Shipping Policy

Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Please note: delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and carrier delays.

International Shipping

We offer international shipping to select countries via email correspondance only. Shipping fees and delivery times will be calculated manually by our sales team. Please be aware that your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. We are not responsible for these charges if they are applied.

Order Tracking

You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has shipped. Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

Lost, Damaged, or Stolen Packages

If your order arrives damaged or doesn't arrive at all, please contact us at support@charcoalrepublic.com.au with your order number and a photo (if applicable). We’ll do our best to resolve the issue quickly.
